Incoloy 800H /800HT Nickel Alloy plate

Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are nickel-ferrochrome alloys with excellent strength and excellent antioxidant and carburizing capabilities under high temperature exposure. These nickel-steel alloys are identical except for the higher carbon content in the 800H alloy and the addition of up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium in the 800HT alloy. Incoloy 800 is the first of these alloys, which has been slightly modified to Incoloy 800H.

Product Details

The Incoloy 800HT has further modified the combined titanium and aluminum levels (.85-1.20%) to ensure optimal high-temperature performance. The nickel alloy is dual certified (800H/HT) to combine the characteristics of both forms. Incoloy 800H/HT alloy is suitable for high-temperature structural applications.
