GH3044 Nickel Base Alloy Plate

GH3044 is a Ni-Cr based solid solution reinforced deformation superalloy, the service temperature is below 900 degrees Celsius. The alloy contains a large amount of tungsten and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding technology.

GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based anti-oxidant alloy with high plasticity and moderate thermal strength under 900℃, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing the main combustion chamber and afterburner parts, heat shield and guide blade of aviation engines working under 900℃ for a long time. The varieties supplied are plate, belt, silk, pipe, bar and ring, etc.
