Types and specifications
It is mainly divided into two types: equal side stainless steel angle bar and unequal side stainless steel angle bar. Among them, unequal side stainless steel angle bar can be divided into unequal side thickness and unequal side thickness.
The specifications of stainless steel angle bar are expressed by the dimensions of side length and side thickness. At present, the domestic stainless steel angle bar specifications are 2-20, and the number of centimeters on the side length is used as the number. The stainless steel angle bar of the same number often has 2-7 different side thicknesses. Imported stainless steel angles indicate the actual size and thickness of both sides and indicate the relevant standards. Generally, those with a side length of 12.5cm or more are large stainless steel angles, those with a side length between 12.5cm and 5cm are medium-sized stainless steel angles, and those with a side length of 5cm or less are small stainless steel angles.
The order of import and export stainless steel angle bar is generally based on the specifications required in use, and its steel grade is the corresponding carbon steel steel grade. That is to say, stainless steel angle bar has no specific composition and performance series except for the specification number.
The delivery length of stainless steel angle bar is divided into two types: fixed length and double length. The fixed length selection range of domestic stainless steel angle bar has four ranges of 3-9m, 4-12m, 4-19m, and 6-19m according to the different specifications. The length of stainless steel angle bar made in Japan ranges from 6 to 15m.
Appearance quality requirements
The surface quality of stainless steel angle bar is stipulated in the standard, and it is generally required that there should be no harmful defects in use, such as delamination, scarring, cracks, etc.
