Thickness specification of stainless steel plate

There are a lot of products in life are made of stainless steel, and what are the thickness of stainless steel plate?

1. Stainless steel has different classification, such as some cold rolled model, its thickness is large and small, such as the thinner is 0.3-0.7 mm, slightly thicker  reached 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 mm, and some thicker is 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mm. Its specifications of length and width will be different according to the needs of  customization, the size is smaller, such as 1000*2000 mm, 1200*4000 mm, slightly larger can reach 1500*6000 mm.

   
   

2. There is also a kind of hot rolled stainless steel, slightly larger thickness, basically can reach more than 3 mm, such as medium size is 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, slightly larger can reach 10 mm or 16 mm. The stainless steel plate can be large or small in length, such as 1500 mm, 1800 mm or 2000 mm, and its width can reach 6000 mm.

    3.There is another type of medium thickness plate, the thickness is basically fixed, such as 18 mm, 25 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, the largest can reach 60 mm.
