Austenitic Stainless Steel Product Application

The 2mm thick braided stainless steel plate is made of austenitic SUS316 stainless steel, and the partition is mostly 500mm x 4500mm. The panel is fixed to the aluminum alloy subframe by tapping nails, and then assembled by the aluminum alloy subframe and the unit mullister to form a stainless steel unit system. The calculation of the panel support system is analyzed according to the large deformation theory. Considering the influence of wind load on the alternating surface of the panel, the transverse aluminum alloy square tube stiffeners only reinforce the sub-frame, and the gap between them and the stainless steel plate is kept 3~5mm, without direct contact. The entire stainless steel panel is stretched like a tensioning film on a frame made of aluminum frames.
