Welding preparation of stainless steel square tube

The oxide film on the surface of stainless steel square tube is thin and dense, which is not easy to fall off. Mechanical cleaning is a common and effective means of stainless steel surface treatment. The iron oxide scale cleaning machine is mainly composed of steel brush roller, driving device, high-pressure water system, cooling water system and clamping device.

Some preparations need to be done before welding of stainless steel square tube, which can improve the quality and efficiency of tubeline welding and the safety measures of welding workers. The argon filling method of the whole tube is to plug one end of the tube with a cork, and a hole with a diameter of 3 ~ 5mm shall be punched in the center of the cork.

Proper heat treatment of stainless steel square tube can remove the residual in-situ stress of welding without affecting the corrosion resistance of coating. The post welding treatment carried out at this temperature can reduce the remaining in-situ stress by 40%, which is not easy to affect the turbidity resistance of the coated stainless steel plate. The isolation layer and clad stainless steel square tube can be welded only after the above heat treatment.
